Channel Challenge

This drill is great for both attack and defence as it is based on a one on one try scoring/try saving situation. It is also good for a quick team building and compition based game. Also excellent for one on one tackling techniques and footwork and hand off skills.

Shape & Lines

A basic drill for encouraging players to get set in a good 'shape' and to run the desired lines that you request. The simple nature of the drill lends itself to being used in warm-ups for older/more advanced players as well as skill development in younger players.
